Welcome to the Triangle Area Office Building Association’s (“TRAOBA”) official website. Our organization was established to focus on community issues related to the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill commercial office market. Our website is designed to focus on our mission of exerting a beneficial influence upon matters affecting the office leasing industry and to be a resource for those in our industry.

Our membership meets bimonthly for a luncheon at the RBC Center that features speakers addressing current issues facing the commercial office industry. Additionally, the organization holds various functions throughout the year (annual golf tournament, continuing education, annual holiday party, etc.) to bring industry leading commercial real estate professionals together.

Our annual membership fee is $100.00. Checks should be made payable to “TRAOBA” and should be sent to:
